Where is our office?
You can find us on Juan Fuster Zaragoza street, No. 10, Local 11, in the Rincón de Loix area of Benidorm
What are the check-in and check-out times?
We need some time to prepare for our new tenants, so the check-out time is at 10:00 and the check-in time is at 15:00, in some cases it can be changed to better acomodate our customers
What documents do i provide on arrival
We are obliged to send a copy of an identity document to the authorities
in what dates and times can we access the pool?
Each community has its own rules but they are usually open from June to September (both included) and close at night.
Can i bring my dog?
Pets are allowed on request with a fee of 5 euros per day
can you acomodate my bachelor party?
Big parties are not allowed
do you provide parkin for my car?
Some communities have unlisted parking lots, others have dedicated parking lots for each property, some have none of the before. Contact us for information on your favorite acomodation, we might be able to find one for your stay
are towels suplied?
We provide shower towels but not beach towels
